PAMPELLE SOUR

材料:
INGREDIENTS For Cocktail :

50 ml Pampelle 果酒
30 ml Fresh lemon juice 新鮮檸檬汁
25 ml sugar syrup 糖漿
20 ml egg white 蛋白

所需物料:

1 bottle Pampelle 果酒
1 fresh lemon 新鮮檸檬
Sugar 糖
Hot water 熱水

所需用具:
Equipment:

cocktail shaker 調酒器
Strainer 濾器
Glassware 玻璃器皿

開始動手!
HOW TO MAKE !

Step 1:
先預備糖漿: 將同等份量的糖溶解在熱水中,攪拌直至糖完全溶解。
Prepare your sugar syrup, dissolve the same amount of sugar into hot water and stir until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Step 2:
將整個檸檬切開榨汁,留30ml 檸檬汁備用。
Cut and squeeze the juice out of one lemon and keep 30 ml on the side for the cocktail.
Step 3:
將雞蛋分開蛋黃和蛋白,留蛋白備用,並將蛋黃留待製作Carbonara。
Take an egg and separate the yolk from the white, keep the white for the cocktail and make a batch of carbonara for the yolk.
Step 4:
加入所有材料在Cocktail調酒器,未加冰前乾搖3分鐘。當材料徹底填滿調酒器,加入冰塊手搖不多於20秒以免成品過稀。
In a cocktail shaker, add all your ingredients and dry shake (shake with no ice) hard for 3 minutes, once the dry is finished fill up your shaker with ice cubes and shake very hard for 20 seconds no longer otherwise the drinks will be to watery.
Step 5:
雙重過濾雞尾酒並倒進裝滿冰塊的威士忌杯,再用一小塊西柚裝飾便可。

SPICED DAIQUIRI

材料:
INGREDIENTS For Cocktail :
 

50 ml spice rum 香料冧酒
30 ml fresh lime juice 新鮮青檸汁
30 ml sugar syrup 糖漿

所需物料:
What to buy:

1 btl spice rum 香料冧酒
2 Mexican limes 墨西哥青檸
Sugar 糖
Hot water 熱水

所需用具:
Equipment:

cocktail shaker 調酒器
Strainer 濾器
Glassware 玻璃器皿

開始動手!
HOW TO MAKE !

Step 1:
先預備糖漿: 將同等份量的糖溶解在熱水中,攪拌直至糖完全溶解。
Prepare your sugar syrup, dissolve the same amount of sugar into hot water and stir until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Step 2:
將2個青檸切開榨汁,留30ml 青檸汁備用。
Cut and squeeze the juice out of two lime and keep 30 ml on the side for the cocktail.
Step 3:
加入所有材料在Cocktail調酒器,乾搖至不能手握的溫。
In a cocktail shaker add all your ingredients and shake until the cocktail shaker is too cold to hold
Step 4:
雙重過濾並倒進馬提尼酒或碟形香檳杯,再用一小塊青檸裝飾便可。
Double strain into martini or coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel 

White HongKonger 

材料:
INGREDIENTS For Cocktail :

Soju 30 ml 清酒
Espresso 30 ml 濃咖啡
Sugar syrup 20 ml 糖漿
Yakult 30 ml 養樂多

所需物料:
What to buy:

1 btl soju 清酒
1 double espresso 濃咖啡
Sugar syrup 糖漿
Yakult 益力多

所需用具:
Equipment:

Glassware 玻璃器皿

開始動手!
HOW TO MAKE !

Step 1:
將冰塊填滿大矮酒杯。
Fill up a rock lass full of ice

Step 2:
先加入清酒,再按次序加入特濃咖啡、糖漿及益力多
Add the soju first followed by the espresso and sugar syrup and on top just add the yakult

Step 3:
最後用車厘子裝飾便可。
Garnish with a cocktail cherry
